Married, and a New House |
Tuesday, September 16, 2003
Ok, this is a little late. Like a few months. But hey, I've been busy, so GET OFF MY BACK! Noelle and I were married on July 12 at Callahan's lodge in the Siskiyous. We honeymooned in the San Juans, and it was amazing. We decided that getting married wasn't enough drama, so we decided to buy a house too. We moved into our new condo at the end of August, and are still in the process of unpacking.
That's it for now...

My server has come home! There may be some periodic outtages while I get things worked out. I'm currently using dynamic DNS services from afraid.org for most of my domains, and they have been experiencing frequent, periodic flood attacks. Since I rely on this server for my email, I have decided to move it to a more reliable DNS service (read: not free) from DynDNS.org. For anyone who's interested in dynamic DNS, all I can say is: you get what you pay for.
Happy Birthday to ME!

27, time to break out the comfortable shoes. Noelle and friends set up a pretty cool surprise for me. I went out with John, Steve, and Criss to go target shooting, and on the way back Criss suggested that we stop at the Siskiyou for beers and some burgers. As we were pulling into the parking lot, I noticed a few familiar cars (including Noelle's) and thought that some of our friends were there having lunch or something. When we got inside, there was a huge group of friends, coworkers, and former coworkers gathered to celebrate our birthday (Chad and I have the same birthday). What a surprise! Well done everyone, you got me :)
